beginning in 2021-22, los al Schools are given the option of putting on a steam fair with laef support for a teacher stipend and expenses budget.

The decision to hold a STEAM Fair is in the hands of school principals, along with having staff members willing to coordinate.
LAEF is no longer hosting the district-wide steam showcase.

3D printer build

Here is one student’s experience with the 2015 STEAM Fair and Showcase: A team of students, led by Grayson Galisky built a 3D printer, which was fully funded by LAEF and donated to LAHS! Check out this video to watch them build it!
