Amy Payne lives in seal beach with her husband and two daughters who attend Hopkinson Elementary school. Amy worked as a Materials Engineer after graduating from Cal Poly SLO. 6 years ago Amy founded the Summer Harvest program which provides healthy food and recipes during the summer months to families who qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch program, but don’t receive that assistance when school isn’t in session. Summer Harvest provides for families in Los Alamitos School District, among other local areas. Most recently, Amy was named Los Alamitos Woman of the Year – 2017. Amy has a passion for philanthropic work and we are happy to have her join the royal court this year!
