Workshop Overview: The Young Americans company of 50 staff, singers and dancers present a three-day workshop filled with music, dance and fun! The college-age members of The Young Americans are from many countries around the world. The Young Americans International Music Outreach Tour has visited nearly the entire United States and countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Ukraine, Gibraltar, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan. The workshop is aimed at providing an experience that brings every student enjoyment and benefit. The first two days of the workshop classes include staging and rehearsal exercises (the students are placed into grade groups for ease in teaching and learning on appropriate levels). On the third day, the students perform with The Young Americans on stage in a concert for the community, featuring the students and their personalities, talents, and newly discovered abilities! To experience all the program has to offer, host a Young American in your home during the 3-Day Workshop.
